Our AI is instructed to preserve all factual and theological content exactly as you write it. It only organizes and structures - it never changes your scripture references, sermon titles, or prayer requests. If something doesn't fit a standard section, it goes in Announcements so nothing is lost.

Yes. There's no restriction on who logs in to your account. Many churches have the secretary and the pastor both use the same Pro account. The bulletin history will show all bulletins created from that account.
